Mochi-Making Experience【Retreat Taku】
Why not try pounding mochi with a mallet and mortar? The glutinous rice used is grown with delicious water from Imajo, Minami-Echizen Town. Freshly pounded mochi is delightfully chewy and exceptionally delicious. Toppings (additional charge) include grated daikon radish and kinako (roasted soybean flour).
