Hashimoto Cooking Inn
Located at the very tip of the Tsunekami Peninsula, this area yields seasonal fish throughout the year. Spring brings wild pufferfish, summer offers rock oysters and sea urchin, autumn features live-prepared bigfin reef squid, and winter delivers crab and pufferfish. We focus on preparing wild-caught fish to ensure our guests are satisfied with the cuisine no matter the season. Additionally, in summer, you can swim at an uninhabited island, with transportation provided by our guesthouse's boat. We strive daily to create dishes that will satisfy our guests.
