Cat Island (Yamabushi Rock)
Just like Totoro~
In the rice fields of the Warabi area, there is a grove shaped like a cat's face. Because of its shape, it is called "Cat Island" or "Cat Grove."
Within the grove lies a massive rock said to have flown here during the eruption of Mt. Kyogatake. Legend has it that mountain ascetics practiced here, leading to its name "Yamabushi Rock."

The forest of Cat Island and the surrounding farm paths are private property. Do not enter without permission.
Also, the surrounding roads are farm roads. Please be mindful not to interfere with farming activities.
