Echizen Kabuto (Dainichi Mountain)
The strength of a warrior's helmet
The mountain was named for its resemblance to the helmets worn by ancient warlords.
It is a Troide-type volcano, with a dome-shaped summit.
It is also called "Dainichi Mountain" because it enshrines the principal image of Shingon Esoteric Buddhism, Dainichi Nyorai.

※There are no restrooms along the hiking trail. Please use the facilities before starting your hike.
