Footprints of God

A rock shaped like a pair of footprints

Along the Echizen Coast, renowned for its many natural rock formations and scenic wonders, stands a pair of massive rocks resembling footprints, each 5 meters tall and 2 meters wide.

Legend has it these are the footprints left by the gods as they worked through the night pumping seawater to save a village suffering from a great drought.
