Masuya Dam
Approximately 100 meters high. A rock-fill dam constructed by piling stones.
A rock-fill dam approximately 100 meters high will be constructed upstream of the Masugawa River, storing an effective water volume of 23.1 million cubic meters (roughly twice that of the nearby Hirono Dam). This dam will have the fourth-largest storage capacity in the prefecture and will be the largest dam in the Hinokawa River system.
