Hirono Dam
A dam lake where you can feel the changing seasons
Completed in 1976, the dam was constructed as a multipurpose facility to secure agricultural and industrial water supplies for the Hino River basin. Cherry trees were planted around the dam, and parks and other facilities were developed, creating a splendid landscape that harmonizes with the natural environment.
