Maruoka Castle Cherry Blossom Festival
One of the 100 best cherry blossom viewing spots in Japan
Maruoka Castle, selected as one of the "100 Best Cherry Blossom Spots in Japan," is a magnificent castle with its castle tower floating in the cherry blossoms.
During the Cherry Blossom Festival, 160 original paper lanterns will illuminate the area around Maruoka Castle along with approximately 300 paper lanterns. (The lighting up of Maruoka Castle and Bonbori will last until 10:00 p.m.)
