Michi no Eki Roadside Station Nishiyama Park
Located next to Nishiyama Park, one of the premier azalea spots on the Sea of Japan coast, where approximately 50,000 azalea plants bloom in early to mid-May, is the "Michi no Eki Roadside Station Nishiyama Park," surrounded by flowers and greenery. It features a corner showcasing and selling fresh vegetables from local farmers, as well as eyewear, lacquerware, and textiles, promoting Sabae's craftsmanship. An elevator is installed within the facility, and crossing the suspension bridge on the top floor takes you to the mid-slope of Nishiyama Park.
