Mikuni Fireworks Festival
Every August, the Mikuni Fireworks Festival is held at Mikuni Sunset Beach. The show features a wide variety of styles of fireworks, including its trademark: fireworks that explode from the sea surface. The beach is a short walk from the closest train station, for easy access.

Date: Monday, August 11, 2025 (National Holiday) ※Postponed to the 12th or 13th in case of inclement weather
Location: Mikuni Sunset Beach (Sakai City, Mikuni Town, Shuku/Yonekawaki), Kuzuryu River Boat Park (Mikuni Town, Shinbo)
Fireworks Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
