Echizen Ono Hina Festival
The Echizen Ono Hina Festival, which welcomes many visitors every year, will be held at two locations this year: "Heisei Onoya Heizo" and "Roadside Station Echizen Ono Arashima no Sato"!
Heisei Onoya Heizo (MAP)
The venue, Heisei Onoya Heizo, was built in the mid-Showa period (mid-1950s to the 1970s) and is designated as a National Tangible Cultural Property as an excellent example of robust construction techniques following the Fukui Earthquake.
The 20 tiers of hina dolls are truly spectacular!

Roadside Station Echizen Ono Arashima no Sato (Culture Heritage Room) (MAP)
A wide variety of hina dolls are gathered here, from historic Edo-period (between 1601 or 1603 and 1868) dolls to modern character-themed versions!
At the venue, Echizen Ono Arashima no Sato, you can also enjoy local specialties from Ono City and Fukui Prefecture, as well as delicious gourmet food.
