Mimatsu

The serene garden of Mimatsu, a meticulously tended corridor garden. Located at the heart of the inn, this 660-square-meter Japanese garden features the Hokuriku region's first mist-enhanced illumination, adding color to your journey.

Overlooking this corridor garden are guest rooms on the 4th and 5th floors. We offer Hokuriku's largest selection of rooms featuring private open-air baths, 36. Options include the private villa "Miyu," emphasizing seclusion, and new concept rooms blending city hotel convenience with the tranquil ambiance of a traditional inn.
On the second floor, the restaurant "Kifu-tei" offers private rooms with sunken kotatsu tables and private rooms with table and chair seating. Here, you can savor cuisine focused on locally sourced ingredients from Fukui and Awara. Seasonal menus are served on a selection of Echizen-yaki pottery and Echizen-urushi lacquerware.

The facility also houses a café and a shop. These also boast one of the largest selections in the area and are open to non-guests.
