Brilliant Heart Museum

Admiring the Sacred Island of Oshima as an Art Piece

This museum allows visitors to view the ever-changing scenery of Oshima Island through a large 4m × 1.5m window, as if admiring a painting.
It was planned and designed by Seiju Toda, an art director originally from the local area (Mikuni Town, Sakai City).

The ceiling and walls feature glass using Toda's original "Seiju Cut" technique. On sunny days, prism-like effects create a three-dimensional, rainbow-colored light that envelops the artwork.
