Yasuda Kamaboko Dojo
We want you to taste kamaboko (steamed seasoned fish paste) that is fluffy yet has a resilient texture and the taste of the ingredients!
With this in mind, Yasuda Kamaboko offers the "Kamaboko Dojo" where you can experience the true taste of kamaboko and the fun of making it.
Visitors can try their hand at making kamaboko and chikuwa (kamanoho; tube-shaped fish paste cake) using fresh ingredients. Not only is it fun to make, but the freshly made kamaboko tastes really delicious. Why don't you join us for a fun and lively experience?
This is a popular activity for families, friends, schools, and corporate recreation. Please try tasting the freshly made fish paste.
