We use rice and vegetables directly from local farms, ensuring safe and reliable ingredients. We offer dishes that are gentle on the body and a delight for both the eyes and the palate...♪ Enjoy Echizen crab in winter, swimming in summer, and sightseeing in spring and autumn – there's something to enjoy all year round.
In January 2022, our Japanese-Western style rooms were completed. In May 2022, we remodeled spacious 20-tatami and 22-tatami Japanese rooms into dinosaur-themed rooms, which have been very popular with families. Our handmade Japanese breakfast featuring Fukui specialties is also a favorite.
