Ami-Shang Oi is a comprehensive community facility centered around hot springs, designed to promote health and foster interaction. The fourth floor features an indoor observation bath using hot spring water drawn from 800 meters underground, allowing bathers to soak while enjoying spectacular views. It also includes the 'Fureai Hall' for activities like badminton and soft volleyball, and the 'Multipurpose Hall' suitable for gateball, tennis, and various events and sports.

- From JR Wakasa Hongo Station, take the Fukutetsu Bus bound for Kawakami and get off at "Gakko-mae" (School Front) stop. 5-minute walk. Approximately 10 minutes from the Oi-Takahama Interchange on the Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway. Approximately 15 minutes from the Obama-Nishi Interchange.
