Suishohama Beach
A beach with crystal-clear water
This beach attracts swimmers from both within and outside the prefecture. It is known for its fine, sparkling white sand. It is also a popular spot for people who come early in the morning to enjoy water sports such as windsurfing.
The operating period for the 2025 season is from Tuesday, July 1 to Sunday, August 31.
Due to the possibility of dolphin sightings, swimming hours have been designated to implement dolphin deterrence measures.
Swimming hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Swimming is prohibited outside of these hours.
Camping and barbecuing are strictly prohibited on all beaches within Mihama Town.
