Goshoen

Goshoen: Your Second Home, a Bridge to Obama

Goshoen is a prefecturally designated tangible cultural property known as the "Former Furukawa-ya Villa," originally built by the Furukawa family, who made their fortune through Kitamae ships, to entertain feudal lords.

Until now, the Former Furukawa-ya Villa was a facility that could only be entered on special open days.

Now, thanks to the efforts of Matsukan Co., Ltd., a long-established chopstick maker in Obama,it has been reborn as "GOSHOEN," a place where both locals and tourists can gather casually.

It also features a coffee stand.
