Inari Shrine (Nishinakano-cho, Fukui City)
The sacred object is currently enshrined at Uzura Shrine in Kamisunagawa Town, Hokkaido.
The founding of Kamisunagawa Town, Hokkaido, dates back to Meiji 32 (1899), when it was pioneered by Mr. Jinnosuke Yamauchi, originally from the former Fukui Prefecture village of Utsurimura, along with eight others.
The sacred object that once resided at this Inari Shrine has now been transferred to the Uzura Shrine in Uzura Honmachi, Kamisugikawa Town. Consequently, only the stone base that once held the sacred object remains at the Inari Shrine.
(The place name "Utsuri" in Kamisugawa Town also derives from the Utsuri district in Fukui.)
