We'll take you by boat to the dedicated rafts where Tsuruga's renowned brand-name farmed fish, the "Tsuruga Madai," reside. There, you'll experience handline fishing for the "Tsuruga Madai."
Afterwards, you can learn how to fillet the "Suraka Madai". Following the filleting experience, you can enjoy the luxury of tasting freshly prepared sashimi and grilled slices of the fish.
