▶Inside, you’ll find powerful dinosaur skeletons and fossils of ancient creatures that delight all ages, making you feel as if you’ve time-traveled into the world of dinosaurs. 

②First-time Fukui Highlights: Course B (JR Fukui Station → Eiheiji Temple + Ichijodani Asakura Family Site Museum) 

▶This route visits Eiheiji, the head temple of the Soto Zen school with over 700 years of history and tradition. 

▶Of its 70-plus buildings and halls, 19 are designated Important Cultural Properties of Japan. The serene gardens and architecture offer a deep sense of history and tranquility. 

③Fukui History and Scenic Views Tour (JR Awara Onsen Station → Yoshizaki Gobo Temple Remains + Tojinbo Cliffs) 

▶This route visits Tojinbo, designated both a National Place of Scenic Beauty and a Natural Monument. Marvel at the dramatic sheer cliffs carved by the rough waves of the Sea of Japan.
