In the Yoshizaki area, where Rennyo, the founder of the Jodo Shinshu sect of Buddhism, made his missionary base, a new roadside station has opened to serve as a new tourist base while refining the area's natural, cultural, historical, culinary, and other local resources.

The facility includes a restaurant, a shop selling agricultural products, a rest area, a sightseeing and road information corner, a shower room, and a restroom that is available 24 hours a day.
Electric bicycles are available for rent, making it convenient for sightseeing in the area.

At the restaurant, you can enjoy Fukui's unique Echizen Oroshi Soba buckwheat noodles topped with grated daikon, Fukui's soul food Sauce Katsu-Don pork cutlet bowls, parfaits prepared using fruits from the northern hills of Sakai, and other Fukui dishes.

The shop area sells a wide variety of agricultural products, including vegetables delivered daily from farmers in Awara City and Sakai City, as well as Kaga City and Komatsu City in Ishikawa Prefecture, rice, lunch boxes and other prepared foods, cut flowers and seedlings, and more!

In the souvenir corner, in addition to exhibits and sales of works by artists who live in the Kanaz Forest of Creation, there is a wide selection of souvenirs from Awara City and Fukui Prefecture, such as sake "manju" buns decorated with a motif of a demon mask that appears in a local legend, and sweets made using a local specialty, Tomitsu Kintoki sweet potatoes.
