Ono City History Museum
The museum collects, preserves, and exhibits historical materials from the Jomon period through the modern era in Ono City. In particular, regarding the Hakusan faith, the museum houses valuable artifacts and materials illustrating its connection to the Tateyama faith, offering exhibits that deepen visitors’ understanding of the history and culture of the Okuechizen region. Additionally, the museum displays materials related to the administrative reforms of the Ono Domain during the late Edo period, as well as materials related to Iwasa Matabei.
