Leisurely stroll through the castle town while chatting with the rickshaw driver
On weekends and holidays, you can see rickshaws carrying tourists through the downtown area of Ono City.
This is a service provided by the local volunteer group "Echizen Kobushi-gumi," guiding tourists in nostalgic rickshaws.
Of course, the drivers double as tour guides. The breeze and scenery you can't experience in a car flow by, and it's very popular with tourists who say it makes "the town feel close at hand."
