Kanaz Forest of Creation
The Kanaz Forest of Creation features a modern indoor venue for temporary exhibitions, as well as an outdoor art space. Walking paths guide visitors to fifteen works of art, surrounded by nature. Placing this art outside creates scenery that varies over time, as the seasons change and the weather ages these works. This park also serves as a location for outdoor events, such as art and craft markets.
Hands-on art experiences are available, for a chance to try making pottery, glass art, dyed fabric, or bamboo crafts. The gallery shop offers a selection of souvenirs, including items made by the resident artists.
Kanaz Forest of Creation is a place of communication for people to experience the joy of moving and creating in harmony with nature. The main facility, Art Core, a museum that holds a variety of special exhibitions each season, as well as glass studios, pottery studios, and other creative studios, allow visitors to enjoy art in the midst of nature.
