♪ A "Hands-Free" Convenience Service Exclusively for Awara Onsen Guests (※Limited to inns affiliated with the Innkeepers' Association)♪
Exclusively for guests staying at the inns listed below, this service allows you to drop off one piece of luggage at Awara Onsen Station for 500 yen, and we’ll deliver it directly to your inn. (Please see the basic information below for reception hours and other details.) Once you arrive at the station, you can head straight out to sightsee hands-free and check in at your inn directly from the tourist spots!
[Participating Ryokans] Haiya, Kaze no Rakuen Seifuso, Beniya, Tsuruya, Fukuju, Hakuwaso, Mimatsu, Matsuya Sensen, Grandia Housen, Minoya Taiheikaku, Hasegawa, Oedo Onsen Monogatari Awara (Premium Seiunkaku is not included)
【Important Notes】
* We cannot accept valuables, fragile items, or luggage in paper bags. * If you wish to check in souvenirs or other items, please place them in a suitcase or duffel bag. We cannot accept items in paper bags, as we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss due to rain or other weather conditions.
* We cannot accept luggage hung from the handles of a suitcase or bags tied together with string. If you wish to check in such items, a fee will be charged for each individual bag.

- [Outbound] Delivery acceptance hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (*We will deliver your checked luggage to your accommodation between approximately 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.) / [Return] Luggage pickup time: By 4:00 PM (*This is the pickup time for luggage shipped from the inn after check-out.) Please note that we will be unable to hand over your luggage after this time.
