Luggage Storage Service
♪Awara Onsen Guests Only (※Limited to Ryokan Association Member Inns) Hands-Free Convenience Service♪
This service is exclusively for guests staying at the listed inns. We will store one piece of luggage at Awaraonsen Station for ¥500 and deliver it directly to your inn. (See the basic information below for reception hours, etc.)
Arrive at the station, head straight out sightseeing hands-free, and check in directly at your inn from the sightseeing spot!
【Participating Inns】Haiya・Kaze no Rakuen Seifuso・Beniya・Tsuruya・Fukuju・Hakuwaso・Mimatsu・Matsuya Sensen・Grandia Housen・Minoya Taiheikaku・Hasegawa・Oedo Onsen Monogatari Awara (Premium Seikunkaku is excluded)
Important Notes:
※We cannot store valuables, fragile items, or luggage in paper bags.
※If you wish to store souvenirs or similar items, please place them in a carry-on suitcase or duffel bag. We cannot accept paper bags as we cannot be held responsible for damage or issues during rainy weather.
※We cannot store luggage hung on the handle of a carry-on case or luggage tied together with strings. A fee applies per individual bag for storage.
