Willow Falls
There are five waterfalls of varying sizes, and it is said that the swordsman Sasaki Kojiro devised his secret sword technique, the "Swallow Return," here.
Yanagi Falls, located midway up Gongen Mountain in eastern Imadate, consists of five waterfalls of varying sizes. Visitors can enjoy a diverse waterfall landscape, including the 30-meter-high Nuno Falls, the Okama Falls where a giant rock is hollowed out over two meters deep, Fudo Falls, Mado Falls, and Meoto Falls. Legend has it that the swordsman Sasaki Kojiro devised his secret sword technique, the "Swallow Return," at this waterfall. Surrounding the area are forests of Japanese chestnut and Japanese white oak trees. Upstream along the clear stream, the Matsugatake Gongen shrine is enshrined.

- From JR Takefu Station: Take the Fukutetsu Bus Ikeda Line to "Minamietsu Junior High School Front" stop, then walk 60 minutes. From the same Fukutetsu Bus route, take the bus to "Imadate General Branch Office Front" stop, then drive 15 minutes. From Hokuriku Expressway Takefu IC: Drive approximately 25 minutes. From Hokuriku Expressway Sabae IC: Drive approximately 30 minutes.
