【About the Earthing Tour Experience】
"Earthing" means connecting directly with the Earth's surface barefoot. It is said to release static electricity accumulated in the body and improve blood flow. You can also experience cooking wild mountain vegetables and herbs with a guide who is a vegetable sommelier.

〈What to Bring〉Long sleeves, long pants, comfortable walking shoes, socks, hat, drinks, about 2 towels, change of clothes, rubber boots, work gloves, backpack ※Knee blanket and warm clothing are also essential outside of summer

※Dinner: Tempura and thick fried tofu steak made with wild mountain herbs you picked yourself ※Breakfast: Includes wild mountain herb condiments, fresh herbal tea, and wild herb picking ※For bathing, please use "Keiryu Onsen Kanmuri-so" (10 minutes by car) (separate bathing fee: ¥600). Toiletries are not provided, so please bring your own.
