The Finest Footbath in Hokuriku, Made Entirely of Hinoki Cypress
The footbath is located in Awara Onsen YunoMachi Park in the center of the hot spring resort. Made of hinoki (Japanese cypress), it is said to be the finest footbath in all of Hokuriku. The footbath features lighted stained glass windows depicting plum blossoms, irises, and geiko (Japanese geisha), and at night, these stained glass windows and the entire footbath are lit up, creating a fantastic atmosphere.
