DISCOVER FUKUI

Located in Ikeda Town, this is one of Japan’s largest adventure forests. It offers a wide variety of programs where you can touch the trees and soar through the forest, including the “Mega Zip Line”—a 1-kilometer-long course that lets you soar through the sky from a bird’s-eye view—and the “Adventure Park,” where you can take an aerial stroll through the treetops. Reservations are recommended for the “Mega Zip Line” and “Adventure Park” (same-day registration is available if space permits).

In April 2023, the "Coventure Park" area opened, offering activities with no reservations or height restrictions. It is packed with fun facilities, including the "Snake Line" monorail that circles through the forest and the "Mushroom Village" play complex.

Additionally, the "Adventure Park" has added a new "Family Course" (minimum height 115 cm; formerly known as the Junior Discovery Course), designed to bridge the gap between the existing "Discovery Course" (minimum height 130 cm) and "Kids Course" (minimum height 110 cm).

There are five types of lodging options to choose from according to your preference: the "Log Cabin" (sleeps 5), the "Cabin" (sleeps 6), the "Big Cabin" (sleeps up to 12), the "Tree Tent" (sleeps 2), and the "Tree House" (sleeps 4). Guests staying overnight can experience the zip line and Discovery Course at discounted rates.
