The raw material for Echizen Japanese candles is the wax from the Japanese wax tree, and the wick is specially made from Japanese paper.
Beyond the standard stick shape, they come in various forms, patterns, and colors, and are increasingly used for interior decor and party ambiance.
Since beginning Japanese candle production during the Keio era of the Edo period, Kodai Kuroya Shoten has continued to offer lighting and fragrance suited to daily life while preserving the tradition of candles used in Buddhist ceremonies.
In the incense-making experience, you can create your own original incense by adding your preferred fragrance.
