AFLARE
AFLARE opened in March 2023. The first floor features AFLARE Hall, a spacious indoor venue capable of hosting stage events. Equipped with tables and sofas, it also serves as a comfortable waiting area. A large video display is installed for showcasing local attractions, various information, and events. A tourist information center is also located within the hall. Furthermore, the covered outdoor plaza "AFLARE Plaza" can be used for events and waiting even in rainy weather. By opening the glass doors, it becomes a multipurpose space integrated with the hall, capable of hosting open-air cafes, markets, and concerts.
The second floor houses the Fukui Museum, which showcases information about Awara City's nature, history, culture, and cuisine, as well as nearby major tourist destinations like Tojinbo, Eiheiji Temple, and the Dinosaur Museum. There is also a kids' space designed to evoke the image of Tojinbo.
