Fukui Comprehensive Botanical Garden Plantopia
This botanical garden is the largest on the Sea of Japan coast, spanning 25 hectares. Designed to utilize the natural terrain, it also features a plant museum. To make it easy for visitors to navigate, the garden includes 35 distinct plant sections such as the Cherry Blossom Garden, Acorn Garden, and Rock Garden, housing a total of 3,000 plant species. It's a botanical garden where everyone from children to adults, and from the general public to specialists, can greatly enjoy themselves and relax.
Popular activities like plant-themed stamp rallies and mystery-solving quiz rallies make it enjoyable even for those without a particular interest in plants or for children.
