In addition to providing tourist information focused on Fukui City's downtown area, we offer services such as temporary luggage storage (fee required, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM) and Fukui Railway ticket sales (afternoon only). We also rent rain gear, wheelchairs (free), strollers (" Babycal " requires advance registration, fee required), and electric-assist bicycles (fee required).

The Fukui Tourist Information Center, which handles information for the entire Fukui Prefecture, is also located on the east side of Fukui Station.

[Temporary Luggage Storage]

　Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Information Center closes at 7:00 PM)

　Usage Fees: ① Standard Size (Maximum 60cm per side, total of three sides up to 155cm) ¥600 per item per day

　　　　　　　② Large Size (Maximum 61 cm per side, total of three sides 156 cm or more) 800 yen/item per day

　　　　　　　　*Special-shaped items such as strollers or bicycles in dedicated cases are classified as large size.

　Storage Period: Generally same day only

　　　　　　　If you wish to store items for multiple days, please consult with us.

　　　　　　　In such cases, payment for the full number of days must be made in advance.

　　　　　　　No refunds will be issued.

　Items we cannot store

　　　　　　　Cash, valuables, refrigerated/frozen items, hazardous materials, fragile items, etc.

【About Stroller Rentals】

　We use a rental service called "Babycal" that allows advance reservations.

　Rentals are available from a minimum of 1 hour up to a maximum of 7 days.

　and you only pay for the time you use it.

　In addition to standard strollers, we also offer the Hokuriku Shinkansen "Kagayaki" model and the 923 Doctor Yellow model strollers.

　Highly recommended for sightseeing within the prefecture!
