The Ikeda Rural Tourism Association offers electric-assist bicycles for rent. Please make a reservation by phone or email at least one week in advance. (We will accommodate same-day or last-minute reservations whenever possible, but please note that rentals may not be available if staff are unavailable.)

[Rental Period] April–November

[Hours] 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

[Rate] 1,000 yen per bike per day (tax included)

[Type] Electric-assist bicycles

(1) 24-inch (for riders 154 cm or taller): 2 units

(2) 20-inch (for riders 140 cm or taller): 2 units

【Rental Location】Kottekote Ikeda (36-25-1 Inari, Ikeda-cho, Imadate-gun, Fukui Prefecture)

 *On business days at Kottekote Ikeda, please inform the cashier staff that you have come to rent a bicycle. Staff from the Ikeda Rural Tourism Corporation will come down from the second floor to assist you.
 *On Kottekote Ikeda’s regular closing day (Tuesdays), please call the Ikeda Rural Tourism Corporation upon arrival (0778-44-8060). A staff member will come down from the second floor to assist you. *Before renting, you must review the terms of use, fill out the application form, and present a valid ID.
