Ikeda Grand Festival

The Annual Grand Festival of Suwa-Adzuki Shrine, the tutelary deity of Ikeda

The annual Ikeda Grand Festival held at Suwaazuki Shrine, the local shrine of Ikeda, takes place over three days from June 9th to 11th each year.

The festival begins with the Eve Festival, featuring a dedication of the Urayasu Dance by local children, followed by the Main Festival, a mikoshi (festival float) procession, children's sumo wrestling, stage events, and more.
