Kurodani Kannon
Kokubuzan Busshoji Temple, famous for its Eleven-Faced Kannon statue, is said to be the oldest temple in Ono City, having been founded in 807. The temple is home to a "stroking Buddha" statue, commonly known as "Obinzuru-san." It is said that if you stroke the part of the statue corresponding to your ailment, even incurable diseases will be cured. A pilgrimage route covering approximately 1 km on the mountain behind the temple has been established as part of the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage.
