Echizen Knife Kaikan
Echizen Forged Blades continues to uphold Japan's ancient fire-forging techniques and hand finishing to this day. Here, we introduce the 700-year history and manufacturing process of Echizen Forged Blades through panel displays and videos. Products crafted by renowned artisans in recent years are also exhibited, and the finely honed blades seem to possess the dignity of works of art. Knives, scissors, sickles, and other items are displayed and available for purchase. We also offer sharpening services for various types of forged blades.
