Fukui Prefecture Nature Conservation Center
The main building and observation building are located within the approximately 28-hectare Nature Observation Forest.
The main building houses an exhibition hall that clearly displays Fukui's nature, along with a lecture hall and a reference room. The observation building features a planetarium room on the first floor that can accommodate about 40 people, an outdoor observation room on the second floor, and an astronomical observation room on the third floor equipped with an 80cm-aperture reflecting telescope.
