Hakusan Winery
This is a unique winery in the Hakusan area that you'll definitely want to visit.
Focusing on wild mountain grapes growing in the mountains, they produce wines distinct from typical European-style varieties. They cultivate both the original wild mountain grapes and improved mountain grape cultivars. Their extensive lineup ranges from tart red wines to subtly sweet white wines.
The scenery of the approximately 7-hectare wild grape vineyard surrounding the shop is breathtaking, with summer to autumn being the recommended season to visit. Tours of the winemaking facilities and free tastings are available. Enjoy wine tastings while gazing out over the vineyard views and spend a relaxing moment.
